Yuusan is one of the younger Birds. He stays secluded for much of the time. He is easily influenced by the other Birds on a course of action. He meets often with Obosu, curious of his abilities. Yuusan created a small group of imprisoned workers to help him create ever more dangerous toxins. He only has a few loyal servants that are capable to abide his erractic decisions.
