Tsira is regarded as the most knowledgeable being in the Inner Realm. She has the least reincarnations of all of the Birds aside from Artrium. Tsira is calm and confident. She stays secluded in the forests of Avon where she has become the overseer of the Birds and their affairs in addition to the nearby townsfolk. She even has been able to reign in Arena and Renara for a short time. She spends her time gathering information of new species of flora and has worked to start cross pollination and its effects on the ecosystem. She has Lomdo who is her assistant to all of this.
