Hitsuyo stays out of the fray for the most part. He can wield any sword with precision and confidence. He was not originally one of the beings Vysra created. Upon his request Vysra bestowed him a portion of her power to make him like the others. He was once a human and was turned. Vysra fully expected him to die within two days as his body warped. But he was able to accept the powers and made a name for himself among the inhabitants of Vandis. Hitsuyo proved to be a loyal warrior and protector for Souissei during her harsh reigns. Upon his new life, Vysra removes his memories in hopes that he'd walk a very different path. He has regained his powers quickly compared to the rest of the Birds.
